Eidsfos Verk (English: Edsvoll Iron Works) was established as ironworks at Eidsfoss in Vestfold, Norway in 1697 by Lieutenant General Caspar Herman Hausmann. In 1785 the works were acquired by merchant Peder von Cappelen. The ironworks closed in 1873.
Among the company's later activities has been production of foundry products, freight wagons and agricultural machinery. Part of the old ironworks has later become a museum.[1]
